お世話になります。

のほかに、
DEFAULTLOGFORMAT AUTO
LOGFILE "access_log_*-*"
OUTFILE xxx.html
を設定して処理したところ、
文末にある警告メッセージが出力されました。
出力されたHTMLでは、リクエストレポートに
CGIパラメータごとの件数も表示されています。
ちなみに、OSはMacOS9.2.2です。
コマンドラインはありません。
サーバーからDLしたログファイルを
Macのローカルで処理しています。
