Japanese patches

• analog-4.16-jp-3.07-patch.tar.gz :
  can have output in EUC, SJIS, JIS, or UTF-8 for Ver. 4.16. (by Masashi Tachibana)

• analog-4.16-utf-1.02-patch.tar.gz :
  modifed patch. split a convertion table of EUC and UTF-8 from the above code and put it into lang directory as jputf8.lng.
  for Ver. 4.16 (by Takayuki Matsuki)
  include jputf8.lng and analog.cfg ; please refer to analog.cfg ; executable binary becomes 1/3 of the above.

• analog-4.90beta1-ttf0.1.patch :
  make TTF (True Type Fonts) availabe for analog-4.90beta1 ; can express Japanese into pie charts. (by Kazuto Ishigaki)
  but need libgd.a in which JISX0208 is defined and compiled
• analog-5.01-jp-1.04-patch.tar.gz :patch for Ver. 5.01 adapted for four kinds of Japanese codes (by Masashi Tachibana)
